When we created the lobby poster and developed the website for “A Closer Walk,” the ground-breaking documentary on AIDS, we had no idea how far it would go. The film became the most watched documentary of 2002. And the website, with no direct promotion, generated over 250,000 unique hits in the first week. Impressive. But not as impressive as the fact that the tools on the site that continue to promote dialogue about this global pandemic make the site perhaps more relevant today than when it was launched.
